    Gangsooni Myeongga’s Naju Gomtang is a traditional Korean beef soup made with over 200 years of family heritage and craftsmanship.
    Using the secret broth infused with lotus seeds (yeonja-yuk), this soup delivers a deep yet clean flavor without any greasy taste.
    Unlike typical bone-based soups, it’s made only from premium brisket and shank meat, resulting in a light, clear broth and tender, flavorful beef.

    - 200 Years of Secret Broth Tradition – Crafted with the inherited recipe of Kang Soon-yi, Korean Food Master No. 57.
    - Lotus Seed Broth (Yeonja-yuk) – Brings a deep, clean, and mild flavor without any greasy taste.
    - Made with Brisket & Shank Only – Clear, rich broth simmered from beef meat, not bones.
    - Generous Meat Portion (100g) – Packed with tender beef slices, enjoyable as soup or boiled meat.
    - Quick Cooking (8 Minutes) – Simply boil for 8 minutes after thawing for an authentic Naju Gomtang.
    - Versatile Base – Perfect as a soup base for seaweed soup, rice porridge, tteokguk, or mushroom hot pot.


    Cooking Method

    Transfer the thawed product into a pot and boil over high heat for about 8 minutes.
    Do not add extra water to preserve the full flavor of the broth.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper, or chopped green onions.


    Storage

    Store frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below.
    Do not refreeze once thawed.
